Omg! Why did I not read the reviews first. They charged me for 2 of one item & when I called they were very rude. Mind you this is customer service. They can't even start to help until Monday then on Monday I have to call back & wait 3-5 days to get my money back. Asked to speak to a manager. Never got to bc get this they are in a meeting. To what do you expect it was Black Friday. Lol! I will never be back again. First & last. Do yourself a favor & run to another place.
I went into the store and cancelled an order that could not be delivered when promised. I was given a printout of the refund to my credit card. I discovered a couple of weeks later via a phone call to the card company that the refund had not been completed an sent to the card company. It was not until I phoned the store and threatened to put them on FOX news that they finally completed the refund. I will not do business with them again.
Ok so when I walked in I immediately noticed that 90% of their furniture looked like grandma hit the lottery. Anyway I was able to find a sectional sofa that looked half way respectable and for a decent price. It was the display so they knocked $50 off the sticker price. Fast forward to delivery day...they don't tell you your window until the delivery day so don't make any plans. My window was 1-5 (extremely long). So 5'o'clock rolls around no phone call no nothing. This is absolutely the worst Furniture store in Webster and the Clear Lake area. I bought a day bed and wanted to use regular mattresses. The salesman convinced me that the tempurpedic mattress in the childrens section fit the daybed better. I asked him several times if that tempurpedic was hot to sleep on. He assured me it wasn't that type of tempurpedic so I bought it. HUGE mistake!!!!! A guest slept on it and ended up on my sofa the next morning because it was so hot to sleep on. We went there to buy a sofa set for our new home in the Black Friday Sale event. The sale associate was VERY nice and helpful, our experience with him was very good with great conversations. However that is the reason I gave this place 1 star. The problem was the shipping was confirmed to us (and written on the receipt) was Tuesday the following week and I had to took a day off to wait for the furniture. Went in, a few months back, to purchase a new couch and loveseat. After some confusion during checkout (they couldn't seem to get the account information correct), we finally got the items paid for (in full) and set up a delivery date. I took off of work to be there for the delivery. After more confusion, and Bel Furniture screwing up the account information/delivery date, I finally got them to deliver the furniture. I was happy with the selection of furniture they have and my family even purchased a bedroom set from here for me. But it wasn't worth the hassle of dealing with the first salesperson that was extremely rude, and when we went back and spoke to someone nicer, I've had nothing but trouble with the delivery side. Please for your sake never do business with them they don't even deserve a star they are the rudest people. I spent over 2K on furniture there they kept sending me damaged furniture. The coffee table was broken and my couch was ripped. 5 seperate occasions they tried to bring me a new couch they kept getting it wrong. We bought a gorgeous sectional the end of 2014(Delivered Dec 29) and paid for the 5 year Guardian warranty. Within the year warranty, the pull for the middle recliner broke. We called the store but they were not answering due to floods. So we called the Houston location and they were great about sending someone out within a week. They replaced the pull at no cost.
