I ordered furniture was told I would have it in 10 days -manager guaranteed. Day 9 I get a phone call that now it is 4 weeks out and if I don't like that I can call the warehouse to find out why... Why would I have to call on something they lied to me about ???? Will never ship there again

Went to buy a three piece living room set for $1200.00 cash and they let us walk out over a 9 dollar delivery tax. Didn't realize that service was taxed but being in business myself I would not lose $1200.00 over 9 dollars that I would not see anyway. Great customer service Bels.

I am venting. I bought a king and queen bed. A queen mattress and 2 recliners. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered on Saturday. Then I was called and told delivery would not be until Wednesday. They get here today and deliver everything except the king bed. I was told it was not on the truck. I called the store and was told there is a note on my invoice that I was told I had to pick something else they were out of stock on the king bed. We bought a bunk bed for our kids. We needed something ASAP and asked 3 times to make sure it was in stock. We were told yes and so we paid and set up delivery. On the morning of delivery we still had not been called with the 3-4 hour delivery window so I called them. I was told that the furniture was on backorder and they would need to reschedule delivery for 2 weeks out. If there was an option for NO STAR, I would pick that one. WORSE customer services I ever encounter. Nothing but THIEVES and LIARS. I bought a dining room set from them. The table came scratched, we did not accept it. They said they will get us a new one. Got a call the next day and they said they "fixed" the scratches. I bought a NEW table, NOT a damaged one. They do not stand behind what they sell. My father purchased a recliner and the leather on the arms cracked and tore. They told him to bring it back in and they would repair it. He did, it cost him 40.00 to do so, and then they said they didn't repair those nor would they reimburse him the purchase price.

Bought dinette set on Sept 1 and paid $99 for delivery. The delivery came later that week and they informed one chair was broken. I had to reschedule another delivery window and the guy informs me he forgot the tools to put it together. He wanted me to reschedule another day. I told him that was unacceptable. He called in and said he would be back later. Four weeks later while sitting in a chair it breaks and I fall and hurt my back and hip. I called in and they want to replace the chair. OMG Bel Furniture!!! Purchased dining set, delivered on Mar 21. Every chair was Not leveled. Delivery guy doesn't do that. Bel said customer service will call me next day. They did, scheduled to come out Friday. (Today). Someone will call with 2 hr window. Here I am...sitting here ALL day waiting for the call....called them up and they say it's next Friday, April 4th! Not a pleasant experience and very lacking in customer service! I was in the store for 20 minutes and had to find a sales associate to help me. Turned out it was one of the managers and it was easy to tell he had more important things to do than help me. As he's helping me he's ordering workers around as to where to put what. He walked so fast that I couldn't keep up with him, but he didnt seem to notice.
