This is the second time we've had to place my brother in law in a skilled nursing facility. From our first experience, I knew we were going to choose Bel Vista again for his care. Ellen, the case manager kept me Informed and was always available to answer my questions. Giselle and the other nurses are so caring and compassionate. The CNAs were on top of things. To Whom It May Concern: I have been a resident of Bel Vista Healthcare since May 30, 2025. I didn't know what to expect when the VA Long Beach transferred here at this facility after 10 days confinement due to my neuropathy, uncontrolled hypertension, acute coronary syndrome/chronic heart disease, etc. I consider myself so blessed being transferred to this facility for I received a loving and caring healthcare second to none. I just spent 3 weeks in recovery at Bel Vista. I was in for a serious back spasm that imoblized me. The entire staff was so accommodating. I was impressed on the level of care. I was given physical therapy that improved my condition to where I was able to walk out on my own. Also the meals in my opinion were very good. My complements to the entire staff and many Thanks to all.

I own a residential care facility for the elderly and I received two patients from the Bel Vista healthcare center. I worked with Ellen Lim the social worker, and she was extremely helpful and informative. She assisted me with everything creating an easy transition for the RCFE process. Such as the transportation, documentation, and communication with the family. Overall a great experience I recommend for others!

My friend "Bill"was in Long Beach Veterans Hospital for 6 weeks and he was released to Bel Vista Healthcare for rehab to build back strength and get him back on his feet.Bill spend 4 weeks working on diet and exercise as part of his recover. The team at BV was Excellent, they worked with Bill and gave him all the tools he needed in his recovery. I cannot give enough praise to the team at Bel Vista Healthcare Center! They treated my family member with the absolute best care possible. I'm blown away! If you are considering Bel Vista for your loved one, don't hesitate for one second and give them a call.

My husband, Mark Kramer, who has multiply orthopedically issues, and is medically compromised. He was at Memorial Hospital, where he saw the emergency room doctor for a dislocated prosthetic shoulder. They wanted to discharge him that night but we were able to have him stay for three consecutive midnight. The only Surgeon that we wanted had plans to go on vacation which he couldn't change he'll be back July 7th. My husband had to be transferred somewhere.
