My Dad stayed at Bel Vista for 2 weeks. We had an excellent experience there! From the day & night Nurses, physical Therapist, Nutritionist and especially Ellen Lim (LVN)...She was our case manager and went above and beyond to help and guide me, also getting answers on anything & everthing needed.. Great place and I would highly recommend it... thank- you for everything!

My Mother in law was there after the hospital to recover. The staff was very friendly , attentive and always available for questions. The decor is pretty bad and there was peeled my paint on the wall above her bed.

Everybody was great here while my dad was a patient. Staff members helped me with a delicate situation while visiting and made me feel at ease. I was amazed at the nice cozy and intimate feel to the place. I was nervous the first night my dad admitted and when I called, they said they would call me back when they could get the phone to him. And they did! I also called with visiting questions and had all my questions answered. Good job!

I recently had a family member stay with you guys and I was blown away by the love and kindness the staff and administration displayed on a daily basis. No matter what was going on, the nurses always were in the best mood and were so nice to my family and I. During these COVID times, the facility handled it perfectly, keeping COVID out, while also being reasonable with visitation policies. Thank you so much for all that you did, I will always be grateful. Can't recommend this facility enough.

This facility is a combination of the highest of professional standards while maintaining a personal, warm, one to one care. I have personally received the highest of professional standards of health care. The nursing staff are consistently monitored for the best level of individual care for all patients in an atmosphere of positive attitudes while maintaining daily attention to complete sensitivity to a variety of cultures. I have been working at Bel vista as a CNA for a year now, I have to say it's been an amazing year!! I have worked at a lot of other facilities and this is the best one I have worked at, everyone here is so loving and caring to each other and to the patients. I have never seen an administrator and DON so involved with patients as Bel Vista has. My grandmother was here recently and the staff was so warm and welcoming. They keep the patients busy and attended to. The food is great and I can tell the management is very professional and exceptional. Completely recommend this place to any friends and family.

I recently had a loved one staying at this facility. I could not believe how attentive and loving the staff were. All the nurses were so caring and professional, and she raved that the food was amazing. I am so grateful she received such great care in a supportive, family like atmosphere. They even have fun activities for the residents. When she was there they had an actual luau, with real hawaiian food, and even hula dancers.
