Verified Renter Pretty quiet and peaceful. The pools are nice. The staff is friendly. The location is great. The apartments are nice, although some shortcuts were definitely taken in renovations. It's a nice place to live overall, however there are some issues. The recycling dumpster gets filled with trash which is really unfortunate, it should be better monitored and people should be penalized for throwing trash and furniture in it, and they should make it gated because nearby construction workers keep tossing their trash i... read more

Verified Renter We will be going into our third year and still like to call this place home! The new Alpharetta Loop project is getting on its way and runs right behind our place which will be fantastic to walk this greenway!

Verified Renter Love this place. The newly renovated units are wonderful and the community is great! Having many units with attached garages makes this place more like a townhome than an apartment complex. The move-in process was super easy and the staff was very helpful.

Verified Renter The location is great and the newly renovated apartment finishes are very nice - finishes I would choose in my own home. Bath tub and tile surrounds should have been changed during the remodel, but that is minor in the big scheme of things. Very spacious apartment and much larger in SF than new apartments for considerably more rent. The proximity to Alpharetta City Center, Avalon and the Alpha Loop is great.

The complex is clean, safe, beautiful, and the people are really friendly. Not to mention how close it is to Avalon and Downtown Alpharetta. It’s perfect!
