Verified Renter When we first arrived, the house already smelled strongly of smoke. We urged them to take care of it and mentioned it on the move-in paperwork. The smoke smell was never addressed, and by the time we moved out, we had managed to have it reduced to a faint odor. After that, they made the seemingly random decision to charge us approximately $200 for carpet cleaning. Verified Renter If you habe any issues or concerns do not expect anything to be handled in a timely manner, don't expect to have any communication about updates to even say they are aware, and don't expect the office staff to do anything they say they will after signing the lease.
