I moved in a week ago today, and my AC was out and had some pest issues( it happens when unit is vacant for awhile) and I could not be more pleased with the staff, and their promptness to make me happy. Verified Renter I have been a resident at Bell at Teravista for 7 months now. Overall, I’ve been satisfied with living here! I’ve had to submit two maintenance requests and both times, they have responded and come to my apartment within 24hours, and the issues were fixed at that time. I had a wonderful experience with Kiana when I first came to look at the complex. Verified Renter Our brief stay at Bell at Teravista while building a home was above and beyond fabulous. My biggest regret was not choosing this property sooner. The entire staff make their property feel like your own. They are courteous, professional and prompt in getting services to you if needed. I promote your property as much as I can!
Verified Renter Excellent community, staff is professional and courteous.This is my third year in a row, a bit expensive side, though but it is nice that is close to all amenities and I-35. Suggest that more resident events be organized.
