Warning! Stay as far away from this place as possible. Hallways smell like garbage and pot. Fire alarms will go off in the middle of the night so if you have a job I would definitely not live here. Dog fights in the halls. Don't even bother complaining or they will come after you. I have seen so many employees come and go in this place. They will pick and choose what rules they want to follow depending on the manager of the week. The newest one believes gimmicks like bingo and doughnuts will fix their severe problems. This past weekend the fire alarm was pulled; management is addressing this. The gimmicks you describe are resident events that the team offers and sets up so that residents can enjoy getting to know one another, as well as management!
