We have lived here over 3 years and the front office is very responsive with any issues, Maintence friendly and efficient, and its in a great up and coming location. Apartments are quiet and thick walls so you dont hear your neighbors. Highly recommend anyone looking to move to Channelside to check out Bell.
Verified Renter Bell is located is a great location for a very affordable price. The community is the best Ive ever had! There are always multiple events going on each month along with giveaways, and the staff treat us like family members. Passing through the halls I feel comfortable talking to each employee member like we know each other well. The parking garage is also extremely convenient and the most efficient out of most other parking garages Ive been in.
Verified Renter My husband and I picked Bell Channelside for their spacious apartments, ample dinning room space, and concrete floors! Since we've moved here in December 2019, we've enjoyed the amenities, great location (3 mins to the trolley), and management/maintenace response. Our Property Manager Mia is definitely an asset to Bell Channelside. She's assessable, very professional, and attentive when addressing our concerns. We love it here and highly recommend Bell Channelside!!!
