Verified Renter We truly love living here. The courtyards are an oasis of silence and green-space in the middle of the city. The newly renovated pool area is resort-like and an ideal place to enjoy hot summer nights. Best of all is the office staff and maintenance crew. Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and make living here a great experience.

Verified Renter Bell is the best! Being so close to downtown Tampa is an amazing feature as well as all the other fun activities near by. The apartments are clean and beautiful on the inside - every person who has come over has said nothing but nice things. The gym is huge, the pool is great, and it's a nice touch having vending machines on the first floor for those close late night snacks.
Love Bell Channelside I LOVE living here!! It's a beautiful property and really well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I've lived here 3 years and definitely plan to stay. Highly recommend!

Poor Place to Live This Community is all sorts of messy. Alot of homeless people come into the residents parking garage. There have been plenty of bikes stolen. Place looks like a mental institution with no color on the walls and it smells very bad. Stay away from the project's of channelside.

Bell Channelside We have just recently renewed our lease contract at Bell Channelside. I have moved every renewal since my first lease over 8 years ago. This is the first time I have ever renewed in the same facility. Simply put this is by far the best quality Management and Maintenance team I have ever had the pleasure of working with.
