5 Star : My Experience I mostly spend time speaking with an interacting with the office manager Andrea and of course the claims adjuster Shawna. Both ladies are very professional and of course a pleasure to interact with. Both made it very easy to understand how the claim and adjustment process works and how to get it started with my insurance and also how to get a rental and return it.
