0 Star : My Experience You drove my car based on the percent oil life left and the gas remaining...I dropped it with 96% and 1/8th tank. .when I picked it up it had 89% and zero gas. .it had to be going full tilt to drop the oil % that much in 1/8 tank of gas

I understand delays with parts and shipping ect.. the the communication with this shop is severely lacking!! I had to call and text sometimes multiple times to get a response and then the person who answered the phone always gave attitude! My "examiner" did NOT bother to call me to let me know my car was ready to pick up and instead, it sat there, finished, for 8 days until I happened to call. This lack of effort cost me $600 in extra car rental fees but of course, I signed two waivers when before work began, so I have no legal recourse (I'm a litigation paralegal at a National law firm in the Phoenix office) to recoup my $600.
