I’ve actually been telling everyone to avoid this shop at all costs! 0.5 Star : Repair Quality The work got done eventually but I’ve had to take my vehicle back several times for them to fix mistakes. The person managing my claim, Missy, however left a lot to be desired. I dropped my car off Tuesday morning as that is when my appt to drop off my car was. 0 Star : My Experience Horrible experience. Took 6 months to get the parts. Follow up after follow up, never called back ever when they received the parts. Throughout the process of them working on it we received 0 updated after hounding and hounding until the very end we had 1 update the night before it would be finished. 0 Star : My Experience They made my car worse. The paint don't match. They ordered the wrong badges for my car. Didn't even put them on. Took my window louvers off drive side. Side they where not even working. Never fixed my headlight. Never checked the frame or alignment. The customer service sucks nobody ever reached out to let know what going on with my car.
