0 Star : My Experience A three day job took over 4 weeks to "complete", during which time I had to fight for minimal and absolutely terrible communication. I was never given any real answers as to why the job was so delayed- only excuses about some tech being out sick. To top it off, my car is not completely fixed; I still have a sensor alerting me there is something wrong with the headlight. During this time, the service representative, Shauna, never bothered to turn my car on. The battery has to replaced. The manager told me she didn’t work there any more. 0 Star : My Experience the communication with my advisor was sub par. I picked up my car on 12/03 but I got a message that said "your car has been picked up" that was on 12/12. Is my car fixed? yes. am I dead? no. but if you ask me how it went. it was less than awesome.
0 Star : My Experience Our insurance company paid our $500 deductible, however when my husband picked the car up, you would not release it to him until he paid the deductible again. 0 Star : My Experience It was pulling teeth and begging to get any kind of communication. Promises of phone calls that never happened. My car was there for 10 weeks and not due to stocking shortage. After insurance approved the claim and assessed the damage, a tire replacement for an obvious tire blow out was still not even ordered until 7 weeks later. My husband and I were projecting managing my own repair better than staff.
