Verified Renter Living in this building for almost 3 years. Most because of the location of the building. Its close to downtown. However its pricey based on the unit qualities. I live in renewed unit but quality of the materials are cheap. They used wooden floor but now i can see its peeling. Called the manager tried to fixed but its not their fault the material is cheap. Also construction noises is uncomfortable since you can hear them even with closed windows.other than that i had no problems in this building

Verified Renter I have been living here at Bell DTC for 3 years and the staff they currently have are the best! Mary is very nice and is always kind and trys to help. Russ is awesome and Monica always trys her best to help. In the past I have had bad experiences with the office staff but they have really turned it around. I hope it stays like this.

Verified Renter Clean apartment and hallways, staff is always friendly and helpful. Good location close to work
Verified Renter We love it here! Been here for 8 years and 2 apartments. Went from a studio to a 2 bdrm end unit 1st floor. Floor plan is great and really like the faux wood flooring. Very quiet and peaceful here. LOVE the location to DTC amenities.

Verified Renter Overall not bad living here and apartments are nice along with the staff being accommodating. However I am concerned at how stuffy the hallways And elevators get with no air flow and how the rest of the facilities are being sanitized.
