Verified Renter The quality of life at Bell Flatirons far exceeds expectations, and has made raising a family an absolute joy with the location, amenities, and service that we receive from Bell. I would not trade living here with a large house in a cramped suburb and all of the traffic that comes with it any day. The quality of life that Bell provides to its family of tenants is second to none.

Verified Renter Bell Flatirons are nice apartments with good amenities (gym, etc.). The rent tends to go up a bit more than annual pay increases, so make sure it's well within your budget. Neighbors can be noisy - some members of the community let their dogs bark for hours on end (I assume they're left home alone a lot?) or like to sit in their driveway and rev their motorcycles and loud cars all the time. Otherwise it's generally pretty quiet.

Verified Renter They actual apartment is nice. The management and their communication is terrible. I graduated with a degree in communication, and so far I've seen bells staff commit every red flag for building lasting relationships and transparency. People are generally very forgiving if they feel informed, but information is often withheld or contradictory based on which staff you talk to (or they flat out lie to our faces).
