For the price I expect to not fall through stairs I’ve been living at Bell Flatirons for 4 months. We’ve really enjoyed the views, the location, large windowsand vaulted ceilings. However, I must warn potential renters of two concerns. 1. Last night, one of the cement stairs leading up to my 2nd story apartment completely broke in half as I stepped on it causing me to fall straight through. Luckily it was near the bottom of the staircase. If it were higher it could have done some serious damage. I have some deep scrapes and ... read more

Verified Renter I have had nothing but major issues the majority of the time that I have lived here. There was major flooding in my last unit and I was have severe symptoms of mold, which I was told could never be confirmed even though there had been a long-term leak, and mold remediation was going to happen. Everything is done as cheaply as possible and really reflects in the quality of living. Verified Renter Lovely apartments with excellent amenities. Lots of places around for shopping, grocery needs, etc. Only a ~15 minute drive to CU Boulder and mountains for hiking.
