Great place to Live! I've lived at the property for approximately 1.5 years. My initial impression after moving in was it is a nice building that was well taken care of, but there wasn't much communication or coordination from the management team. A new GM took over in early 2022 and what a difference it has made. The issues I mentioned were immediately addressed and it feels like everyone has stepped up their game. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend.
Verified Renter My rent has gone up 25% but, the quality and care for the tenants and the grounds has decreased. I’m disappointed living here. It’s sad.
Verified Renter I am glad that I have gotten here, I like the management team they are very helpful. Facilities are great, Business Center, Lounge, Pool, Courtyard, Fitness Center all are well maintained. Especially people are very nice here in my so far experience.
Verified Renter Do not move here. Its not luxury. It smells like garbage everywhere and they treat you like you don't matter and when something breaks they do nothing. I literally waited for 3 months for my busted dishwasher to be repaired. I put in over 16 work orders it took them entirely too long. Now this A/C situation is the worst and I have been waiting 6 days in epic heat and am being dismissed and Bell could care less. My apartment is 91 degrees! Do not rent here! Run as far as you can from this complex!
Verified Renter I have lived in the community for 15 months and I love it! They do a great job maintaining the property, management is responsive and the pool is amazing.
Verified Renter The leasing and office staff are great, very friendly and knowledgeable. But it doesn’t make up for how dirty the property is. It makes me sad because my apartment itself is great, the layout and appliances are great as well. But I’m just too embarrassed to have friends and family over because of the appearance outside of my door.
Don't do it I would give a negative star if I could. 1-First, I was the resident they kicked out from the small patio fire 2 months ago. The patio fire actually was not started by my unit but yet the unit above me, but they didn't bother to hear our side of the story. This is a non smoking property yet EVERYONE smokes, you can literally smell weed on floors 2 and 3 ALL DAY, with numerous people smoking around and outside of the property. Verified Renter The apartment complex is filthy. The concrete floors on the hallway have never been cleaned and disgusting, the windows are busted, the doors are never fixed after I’ve asked for the door to be fixed since August 2021. There’s no security here, all the doors that have fobs are broken. The pool chairs are in complete filth. Im honestly embarrassed to bring anyone here.
