Verified Renter Apartment unit itself is fine. The community has a lot of work to do, there’s constantly trash left everywhere and it takes management a week to get to it. There are several doors that either do not work or aren’t in working condition - they slam shut, do not have working key fob access or get stuck open. Management also has asked tenants to report others for “driving too fast” in the parking garage, meanwhile they drag their feet fixing the gate in the garage (which is finally fixed now 8 months later). Too noisy I moved to Texas i March 2021 and it was going so good up until now! I can’t wait to get out of the these apartments. Since new management it’s went downhill. They making ridiculous changes and making it very inconvenient. My bedroom window is facing on the inside where everyone balcony in this building is facing each other and it gets really noisy which is ok but i draw the line at music being played extremely loud! Nice apartments Nice location! Great community! I love it over here. Isaac was very helpful during my leasing process and he guided me through the entire time . Him and Brennan, are very kind and helpful, they always answer all of my emails promptly. I like the property and management is doing everything possible to keep it clean; however, it is the residents responsibility to maintain it too. Lucky for me, I have nice neighbors.

Verified Renter A month in and so far it has been good, leasing staff is friendly, my main issue is residents leaving the halls dirty but not everyone has the same standards. Great location and you can’t beat the price the apartments are beautiful.

Verified Renter Great place to live, except for when there's a maintenance issue. Do not recommend.
Verified Renter Previous management did a terrible job and left the community super nasty. Hallways are nasty and flies from the garage are sickening. Not worth the money.
