Keep Looking Property has completely taken a turn since initially leasing here in 2015. Fire alarms go off all day and night randomly due to never fixing the pipes in the garage properly. Just doing patch work jobs. Cars are constantly getting broken into. Catalytic converter was stolen as they added a whole new phase yet took away security that used to patrol on site at night. As for our fire alarms, we are unsure if you are aware but we had an incident onsite that caused this and because of our alarms, we were able to safely evacuate our residents. Verified Renter I love my apartment but the overall maintenance is in disrepair: doors that are busted.
Verified Renter Management is helpful and maintenance is quick. Staff are very nice and great but building is not as good as staff. All the entry door are not shut properly, trash can around elevators are dirty and filthy. I think this building looks so much older than it supposed to be.
Verified Renter We love to call Bell FMC our home. The conveniences keep us content. With parking garage/elevator to each floor, we never have to haul groceries up stairs. There are relaxing views available. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests. The grounds are well maintained. We hope to stay here a while.
