Verified Renter Starting our 4th year here at Bell Olmsted Park. We came for the location and amenities, and continue to stay because of the management. Theyre responsive. Maintenance is superb and always professional.

Verified Renter Used to be much better. Current management team is looking for privileges instead of working for the community. EV spots are occupied daily by the leasing office employess EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT CHARGING - despite the signs against this practice there. Also they had the audacity to place a "office managing" sign in one of the 4 EV spots... ridiculous. Shame on them. Btw the excuse is even worst, so don't even try! Verified Renter Noisy, overpriced, dirty, and inconsiderate neighbors. Overall, not a great experience. Cannot recommend. Complaining to the leasing office does not change anything.

Verified Renter The Handicap button to enter the building has been broken for over six months. There are several people in wheel mobility devices. This matter needs to be addressed. There is also the lack of an on site playground for the children in the building. There is a large dog park in the rear of the building. It has plenty of space to put a small fenced playground with alterations for handicap accommodation. Not recommended for families. Professionals and adult students.

Unresponsive management. Not worth the price. This is by far the most expensive place I have lived, and the most poorly managed. The management of this building consistently demonstrates their lack of commitment to tenants by their failure to address basic and important issues. Thank you for your review. The security doors were replaced by an electrician but they recently shorted out. Maintenance tried to fix the issue but were unsuccessful and an electrician is coming back out to the site to repair the gate. We installed cameras in the halls and identified the child urinating in the hall and they are no longer doing this.
