Verified Renter Nice quite new apartment. Well maintained. Large windows. Free coffee. A bit noisy than I expected but it’s ok. Concierge manage all the package things making them safe.

Verified Renter Apartment is getting better with new management in place. Quick response time for maintenance. Common areas are cleaner. Less unattended children running around during quiet hours. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is due to the decline in community events. Usually we would have an end of summer bash event and a doggie pool day event. Hopefully as the new management gets settled in their new role they will be able to bring back the community events.

Verified Renter Good concierge sevice, facilities, and excellent maintance team. However, leasing assistant never reply my emails and has bad communication in person (Maybe she is only interested in new contract). If you are willing to moving in this apartment, please consider it (other sevices are pretty good!)
