Verified Renter Overall, a safe and mostly clean building. We have had ongoing issues with noisy neighbors at late hours that have not been solved, and wish there was more communication from the management company. There doesn't seem to be improvement with noise issues or issues of people smoking in building common areas or leaving children without guardians in the lobby on a daily basis.

Verified Renter I relocated from the West Coast and was looking for a clean safe place to live near work and was pleasantly surprised how welcoming everyone was. After two months we already feel right at home.
Verified Renter Location is great, walkable to the T. It has 3 parks right behind the building. Lots of restaurants near by. Free parking right outside the building. The best part about living here is the fully fenced yard and the dog community.
Nice place to live We've had a great move in experience. Plus the back yard area is great for our dog. Maintenance is quick to respond too.

Best place i've lived This is a nice apartment community. They are close to hospitals, shops and the T. I love the amenities too.

Verified Renter It's in a convenient locations. MBTA is on the side walk, pool, open gym, laundry... Forrest hills station is 10 min away. Also, Jackson Square station 4 min away,10 min walk. The biggest LOVE, Jamaica pond. What a wonderful-beautiful view to wake up. Nice location to go for a good jog or bike ride. Highly recommend.

Verified Renter Bell olmsted park apartment was recommended to me by my friend. It's very safe and in a walkable distance to many beautiful and known places like hospitals, schools, food market, mobile stores, bank, restaurants. The bus station is right in front of the apartment. (once you get out of the apartment, turn your head to the left, Yay! Here is the train station) nothing is better than that. And there is a very beautiful and charming park behind the apartment. Come over and see it, Highly recommended
