Verified Renter We have really enjoyed our time here so far. The management is dedicated to ensure the property is a pleasant environment and that it's tenants are following all guidelines so everyone is not disturbed unnecessarily.

The apartment itself is nice (though all plugs in the building are upside down) and the maintenance has been excellent. That being said, the noise in the hallways gets annoying - on a recurring basis, there are screaming children running back and forth down the hallways. Verified Renter Overall, a safe and mostly clean building. We have had ongoing issues with noisy neighbors at late hours that have not been solved, and wish there was more communication from the management company. There doesn't seem to be improvement with noise issues or issues of people smoking in building common areas or leaving children without guardians in the lobby on a daily basis.

Verified Renter I relocated from the West Coast and was looking for a clean safe place to live near work and was pleasantly surprised how welcoming everyone was. After two months we already feel right at home.
Verified Renter Location is great, walkable to the T. It has 3 parks right behind the building. Lots of restaurants near by. Free parking right outside the building. The best part about living here is the fully fenced yard and the dog community.
