Great apartments Bell Perimeter Center is a lovely apartments, living here for a month. Any maintenance issue is fixed very quickly, special kudos for Tommy he's the best. There are two buildings, two pools, gym and office space. The territory is clean.

Verified Renter We needed to rent an apartment long distance with no chance of seing or visiting the actual property. Our plans changed and we had to move in sooner than was planned. During such a confusing and hectic time we had a great management staff that stood by us and help make everything work out smoothly. The location is superb, the property is clean and well kept. I would like to thank Corienne, Pamela and Ariana who all put an extra effort in welcoming us into this great community.

Verified Renter I really like living here. Great location, nice apartments, very good leasing office staff/communication and maintenance team. The random fire alarms can get frustrating and the source of the problem needs to be identified because it's happened multiple times in the last 3.5 years.

Just movein We just move in from California and have good experience so far. The area is nice, good location and have a lot of places to explore close by. The complex its self can have improvements of course, mainly keep things cleaned up. There is a bad smell, but I will not say it affect much till now. A plus, Martin was super helpful and friendly, other staffs are nice too!
