Verified Renter Overall I enjoy the living experience here. Any maintenance issues takes longer to be fixed than one would like. Day to day lifestyle is great but if there’s a maintenance issue prepare to wait.

Verified Renter Decent locality. The community is quite and clean for the most part. The infrastructure is very old and hasn't been updated in a long time. My tub is broken and so are the bathroom fixtures. The elevator breaks down every other month and is not fixed for months on end.

Verified Renter we’ve been here for 3ish years and it’s been great. Safe, close to everything! Noise level is decent. Could be better but not the worse. Wish they’d update the washer and dryer units though
