Terrible Property Management Would not recommend to anyone. Come time to move out, we were informed that a 60 day notice was required. It was in our lease, but the lease was unavailable to 2/3 people living there. There was no communication from property management on the upcoming deadline, so were only 30 days early. We are now paying an extra month rent at a higher rate. The leasing consultant was also dismissive when we politely asked for property management's contact information. Verified Renter Quiet neighborhood to live in. Feels very safe as well. Everything you need is five minutes or less from this complex is also super convenient.
Don’t live here if you like amenities Lived here for 3 years pool is always open late in the year and closed most weekends. They got really excited about the new club house like anyone uses them but didn’t fix the pool during off season
Verified Renter As of today, after recently moving in, we can say that we are honestly, if not regretting, questioning our choice. The area is beautiful and everything you need is close. However, this is just one part of the story. Physically moving in in building 2 is quite challenging, giving that only one elevator in the building work and if you are located on the far side is quite a walk. Verified Renter I’m here for the neighborhood, not the apartments. The building has issues, elevators constantly broken, dog urine everywhere, swimming pools dirty and courtesy officer not being a courtesy officer. Great neighborhood though close to everything and lots of entertainment and shopping.
