Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 4 years and the quality of the complex has steadily gone done, while the rent drastically increases. Something is always broken, most for extended periods of time, they barely hold anything for the residents (MAYBE once every six months and it’s typically something small) and nothing “new” has been added (they remodeled the common area and the leasing office, but did nothing significant was added). Brenda, the new Property Manager takes time to understand your concerns and is always willing to solve for the problem at hand in the most diligent manner.
Verified Renter This process was fast and easy! The office staff was very nice and worked hard at answering all of my questions! This was my first time moving alone so I asked a lot of questions.
Verified Renter The apartments are very nice. The convenience to everything is wonderful. There are many opportunities to add movement and exercise to your day naturally. Many things weren’t ready and still have a couple issues at my particular unit. Apparently maintenance is backed up. However, my unit is very comfortable and the shared spaces are kept clean.
Verified Renter 1 star for quietness: Surprisingly quiet for how populated the area is. Only thing you'll hear is slight noise from utilities and a feint sound of traffic in the distance. 1 star for politeness: most people I run into aren't rude, and wish you a good day. 1 star for security: you need to scan your keys to get around the building(except for the exits obviously), and gated parking deck. 1 star for staff: helpful and responsive staff especially Martin. 1 star for pool/hot-tub.
Verified Renter Overall is good, but the noise blocking should be improved, the vacuum in the morning is super noisy. But the security is great, and the location is perfect for entertainment, work, etc.
