Verified Renter Move in was good. Community seems very nice. Close to everything in the North Atlanta Perimeter. Apartments are clean and well maintained.
Verified Renter I’ve lived here for 4 years and the quality of the complex has steadily gone done, while the rent drastically increases. Something is always broken, most for extended periods of time, they barely hold anything for the residents (MAYBE once every six months and it’s typically something small) and nothing “new” has been added (they remodeled the common area and the leasing office, but did nothing significant was added). Brenda, the new Property Manager takes time to understand your concerns and is always willing to solve for the problem at hand in the most diligent manner.
