Verified Renter I am in love with my apartment. Edwin and the other staff members made sure my move in was smooth and all issues I had were addressed. Tommy did an excellent job repairing all of the things I noted on my move-in inspection in a timely fashion. He also repaired things I didn't notice. I'm a new resident but so far everything has been great.

Verified Renter Maintenance is pretty quick to respond depending on the issue. I have not had maintenance pass more than 72 hours before it's completed. The only thing I would recommend is for maintenance workers to wear shoe covers when entering the property. There was one incident wear my floor was left with dirt and debree, but to me it's not that big of an issue to complain about because they resolved the issue in a timely manner.
Verified Renter The community has been decreasing the last 2 years, the quality, environment and wellness has decreased, people are now rude and we see more and more issues everyday. You need to fix this.
DO NOT LEASE! HORRIBLE COMMUNITY! As a Realtor, I highly recommend you spend money elsewhere. I spent 12 long months here and regret ever giving them a dime. If you are looking to live in a college dorm then you've found your place. All of the hallways smell like weed 24/7 you literally cannot escape it. My boyfriend and I have ran into people smoking weed inside of the stairwell and they deal drugs right in front of the leasing office! The gates to the P1 parking garage are ALWAYS broken. The maintenance team always greets me with a smile when I see them on my way to work in the mornings. Todd and Betsy care about the community and its residents, it shows through their actions daily. We would recommend Bell Perimeter to anyone looking for a new apartment home.
