Verified Renter Lovely place to live in the center of everything. Brand new gym, great pool, car wash, spacious units and neatly manicured grounds. Less then a mile from Park West Village Shopping Center, every market including Trader Joe’s, two movie theaters, medical offices, greenways, fitness centers and a diverse assortment of restaurants. The staff is awesome and I bet you think I’m being paid to say this, but I’m not. I’m just a very happy four year resident!

Verified Renter Bell Preston is in a beautiful area and the buildings are nice however, the rodent issue seems to be out of control despite management's best efforts and some visits from Terminix. It is frustrating to pay this much for rent and not be able to resolve ongoing rodent, spider, worm, and roach problems. I am just hanging in there because I don't have anyplace else to go now but it is too expensive to have to just deal with these types of ongoing issues.
