Verified Renter Bell Riverside is a beautiful property on the river. The office staff and maintenance staff make it a wonderful home. The property is well-maintained and is upgraded frequently. I have been very happy living here since 2008 and shall continue to be very happy living here.

Verified Renter Communication by management is poor. Being instructed to remove furniture from balconies for 5 months was inconsiderate since painting, washing is done in phases. Pool and Spa management is poor. Requests for improvement are met with we have maintenance 5 days a week. Chlorine levels are not tested daily even during heavy sunny periods or heavy usage- thus the pool going green last week. Algae is not removed from the sides. Water levels are often substandard low so filtering system can't work optimally. This ... read more

The maintenance team with Levi and Asher’s and David are knowledgeable and really on the spot. We couldn’t be more confident in our choice of homes. Great place, beautiful grounds, great staff, and lovely atmosphere.
