It is the only apartment complex in the city that has a dock and full access to the St. Johns River on one side, Memorial Park on another side and Publix on another side and right across the street! The amenities are exceptional here! The property is gated and if you live on the second floor for instance, you will also park your car on the second floor. Makes a big difference especially if you are trying to bring groceries in. The staff is exceptional, professional and responsive 24/7.... read more

Verified Renter Nice amenities and attempts to keep the grounds maintained and clean. A quiet place to live is very appreciated.. The gym is usually empty when I need it and the area along the river is very nice.

Verified Renter If one would like to be in a resort on holiday 24/7 then they should live at Bell Riverside. This is exactly how it feels. The convenience to restaurants, shops, grocery store and the beautiful Memorial Park is an added bonus.
