Verified Renter They’re understaffed right now and it’s hard to reach anybody if you need to, but other than that it’s been extremely pleasant here. It feels safe and the pool is nice! The gates are locked at random times, which is super annoying, but I’m enjoying my stay for the most part.

Verified Renter A few hiccups with move in - keys didn't work several times. Apartment had not been cleaned. Washing machine was not working properly. Key fab messed up.

Verified Renter Everything is great, except maintenance takes a really long time to get back to you and there were past promotion that weren’t communicated with us for our lease, also people doesn’t pick up their dogs poop

Verified Renter My apartment was not cleaned and ready for move-in. It delayed my move-in schedule. But thankfully, Jaclyn, was able to expedite the cleaning. I lost about half the day, but was eventually able to move-in by EOD.

Verified Renter The staff in the office was great but there was miscommunication with cleaning staff when I was scheduled to move in so they were a bit rude. Overall like it so far!

Verified Renter Love living here! Super quiet! Clean and valet trash is a plus! The office and community center is always nice and clean. The pool is super relaxing as well.
