Verified Renter Moved to the Parks community in August from Meadows. Apartment was not ready when I moved in (refrigerator’s water filter was not changed, some lights were not working and paint residue in some parts of the apartment/bad paint job). It took them a while to fix everything but, it was fixed except for the paint job. Water pressure in the restroom became an issue but, they took care of it with in a week. Apartment is cute and cozy, neighbors are friendly. Noise is an issue at times.

Verified Renter Great amenities to enjoy. The staff is friendly and helpful. Some maintenance requests have taken longer to complete and communication around pool hours over the summer could improve, but overall an enjoyable living experience.

Verified Renter Property agents are super nice and really make effort to accommodate one's needs. Their email response time needs improvement and their automated answering service is completely pointless and no good. However, once you are with a representative it is the best customer service.

Verified Renter Over all experience has been good, didn’t appreciate the non leniency they have with balance payments even after 2 years. Would recommend. The access of the in and off highway access is always a plus when trying to move around the city the quickest way possible.
