Verified Renter I’ve lived at the Bell Southpark Springs location for a little over two years now and overall it has been a positive experience. Most of the staff members are very helpful, which makes up for the ones who aren’t that great all the time. The amenities are nice and the clubhouse was recently renovated. They host resident events every once in a while which is also appreciated. The only main issue I’ve ever had was with maintenance - mainly just slow to respond, but it was due to low staffing which is unfortunate... read more

Verified Renter Need to be better at keeping the pool at meadows maintenances. Hall ways are mostly dirty. Neighbors let their pets pee and poop on the walkways and hallways
