Verified Renter Units and the properties are beautiful but the hallways and stair cases that need cleaning. Have great gyms, dog spas, swimming pools and volleyball courts.

Verified Renter I just recently moved in but so far am loving my unit and appreciated that the grounds are kept clean overall! During move in I observed trash being picked up in the parking lot and people picking up after their pets which is so great!

Verified Renter I’ve lived at the Bell Southpark Springs location for a little over two years now and overall it has been a positive experience. Most of the staff members are very helpful, which makes up for the ones who aren’t that great all the time. The amenities are nice and the clubhouse was recently renovated. They host resident events every once in a while which is also appreciated. The only main issue I’ve ever had was with maintenance - mainly just slow to respond, but it was due to low staffing which is unfortunate... read more
