Verified Renter I love living in Bell Southpark- The Springs. Everything is great (amenities, neighbors, etc..). The only thing that needs improvemen is maintenance service.

Verified Renter Fine place, location is pretty good with access to the roads, not the safest due to issues with the front gate. Lots of people throwing parties and overtaking the entire grills/pool area. Communication from staff is very poor and maintenance is trying their best but can't keep up. Took 3 months to get someone to pay attention to my request but once they did they were nice. 1 neighbor runs a business out of their detached garage and creates a lot of noise.
