Verified Renter the place is very quiet, clean and tidy, the apartments are nice too. I love the areas, the pool, the gym and the people are very nice. fully recommended

Verified Renter So I just moved in about 2 weeks ago. I can definitely say I’ve had a mixed experience. The leasing agent who showed me around the property. Her name is Taylor, and she was amazing. So far she has been exceptionally helpful in every way. However, upon moving into my apartment, I feel as if the apartment was not walked or prepared for a move-in. My washer and dryer were broken in literal pieces. The apartment was very dirty with bugs and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. The water pressure in my shower is akin... read more

Verified Renter They don’t answer phones or emails often and maintenance can take a while, but this was the first apartment I’ve lived in and overall is pretty decent.

Verified Renter I love my apartment and how nice it is. Only issues I’ve had is it’s very hard to contact someone when you call in. Theft is a problem and maintenance isn’t great. However, I love my yard and again my apartment.

Verified Renter We just moved in and we love it so far! So much greenery and the dog park is great! Definitely an upgrade from where we moved from. Can’t wait to try out all the pools and the gym!

Verified Renter Leasing consultants are very helpful and really care about the residents having a good experience but they never answer the phone. Not a fan of trash sitting out, bugs on the floors, and low hanging trees in walk ways.

Verified Renter I just recently moved in and everything has been great so far. The staff was mostly friendly, one greeted us when we first moved in to pick up stuff and was super friendly and helpful to both my dad and myself. Another girl that was was working in the front office was not as welcoming, she seemed like she was rushing me and not wanting to answer any questions.

Verified Renter Love living here! the amenities are great! the only thing is the traffic in south austin has gotten so bad in this area so I wont be resigning for that reason
