Verified Renter Good value for the money. Apartments are modern and more spacious than most in Austin. Regarding noise, neighbors have been very respectful. Pool and gym are very nice. Night lighting is very good.

Verified Renter Bell Southpark apartments are very clean, modern, and nice but very expensive considering that it is located very far from downtown Austin. The maintenance crew can do better if they cared. The pool area is top quality and the gym is pretty good.

Verified Renter I moved in here when this was still Brezza. At first I was not on board with the change. But as the shift settled and I got to know some of the staff, I have completly changed my mind. Everyone is SO friendly and kind. Very professional and knowledgeable. A big shout out to our maintenance team too. I always see them outside rain or shine working hard. And it hasn't gone unnoticed. Thank you to everyone
