Verified Renter Shower smelled like sewage, doors in the apartment either didn’t shut correctly, or the lock didn’t work. Otherwise the apartment looked good and staff was helpful, when they answered the phone, which was 2/10 times I called over a 3 day period.

Verified Renter Location is excellent! Everything is close by. Amenities are well kept and fun to enjoy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend if you are new to Austin.

Verified Renter Customer Service at BellSouth-Parks Village is really something I have come to appreciate. From the maintenance team to the leasing office staff member, I have come in contact with those who have provided amazing customer service. Including the property security will stop and make sure I am okay when I am walking my fur babies. The phone services do need improvement for both daytime and evening, when you are attempting to reach the office during the day or trying to get an answer or report something after bus... read more

Verified Renter No fixes to the gate, rude front office staff, no empathy and no enforcement of pool parties/non residents being at the pool. Personally have seen parties with 10 ppl who all park at the front guest spots. Bottles/glass by the pool

Verified Renter Within the first week, there has already many small problems here and there, but the staff is very helpful when I go in person. My only other complaint is that it takes many calls for it to eventually be picked up, but once again, they are very helpful when they do.

Verified Renter So far, the apartment has been great. It’s clean, quiet, and everything appears to be in good shape. I’ve just moved in, but I’m optimistic so far.

Verified Renter Place is great unfortunately the lady at the front desk seems to be misinformed and a few things about her job and gave me the wrong apartment details because I was in a rush to get a place and she gave me the wrong things

Verified Renter Nice apartments. Fast maintenance. Nice location. Moving in was simple. Front office doesn’t always answer the phone. But overall nothing too bad to say. Some broken/clunky features throughout the apartment.
