Verified Renter Always pet poop on the sidewalks in the hallways even in the areas for swimming and party events. All of vehicles in the the parking with expired to no registration and sometimes not even a parking pass…

Worst decision ever Apartments are nice. The appliances are all fairly new and there is a lot of space in the kitchen. The balconies are large enough to enjoy. The bathrooms and bedrooms also have a good amount of room. Now here’s what they won’t tell you. The walls are THIN. THE WALLS ARE THIN. If you want to hear your neighbors talking every night live here. If you want to hear dogs barking every night live here. Do not live here I moved in October 2024 and I will not be renewing my lease. I’d end my lease now if I could afford to. I moved from out of state so I wasn’t able to tour the property in person and from the pictures it looks great. Don’t let the pictures fool you. The apartments are not very modern, not very much storage space, unhoused people walk into the property and walk around all night, the “security” gates are never closed, and your mail will get stolen. Verified Renter Love the place just don’t like how the gates on the parks is never closed and how fair is that us since everyone else gates are closed and it no fair to us

Not Quiet or peaceful Hope that you have good neighbors. THE WALLS ARE THIN. Dogs are very prevalent in this complex. If your neighbor has a vocal dog you will never get sleep. If your neighbors play music till midnight on a random work night then you will be having a hard time at work the next day. Verified Renter This apartment complex is the worst place that I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. The leasing office does not work with you on maintenance and the complex is getting dirtier by the year.

Do not move here When I first moved here I loved it. The process was easy and the people were extremely nice. My microwave has gone out at least three times and it takes at least three weeks to get it fixed. Calling the management office is useless. In order to get ahold of anyone it can take you calling multiple times a day, for days, to finally get ahold of anyone. You have to physically go into the office and that doesn’t always work. Verified Renter Bell Southpark has fallen well below my expectations for a luxury apartment complex. 48hrs into my lease and I have already had discussions with my leasing agent about breaking my lease. I will be out in under 90 days. I'm sure the process to break the lease will be botched as many times as my move-in experience was. Literally everything went wrong from the beginning. Verified Renter Only rent rates and location are worth it. No care about residents, can’t get any help from management and maintenance takes more than weeks to “complete it”.
