I called from Illinois looking for a certain flooring. Sales rep, Jennifer, said that the product I was looking for was unavailable but took the time to look up another product that was almost identical and helped me immensely....if I lived in North Carolina I’d be shopping at Bell’s Carpets!
We came in on a busy Saturday. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Fred. He has years and years of experience and was very friendly and patient. He listened carefully and asked lots of questions. In the end we found exactly what would work for three areas we needed to cover. In this time of Covid and weeks and weeks to actually get what you ordered they were a breath of fresh air. Two weeks. Delivery guys were great. We will enthusiastcally refer them any time we have an opportunity.
Angie was great to work with and helped us pick the perfect carpet for our stair runner. Definitely the right choice! The installation team was wonderful, too. Very pleased!!
Angie was fantastic! I was early for my appointment & she accommodated asking the right questions as well as played devils advocate to find the best product for my needs. Angie not only assisted with what I came in to buy, but she also supplied critical preparation information that I would not have known otherwise. She texted me and remained in contact throughout the process! I can’t say enough good things. I’ll be back to purchase rugs soon!
I called with an exact carpet / stair runner in mind to compare to another carpet store. For the exact carpet and work Bells quoted me half of what the other store did. They came not even a week and half later to install and it looks incredible! I will be going with them for all my carpet needs in the future.
My experience with Bell’s has been excellent. Angie listened to my design ideas and helped me select a carpet that suited my needs, taste, and budget. Angie was pleasant and easy to work with throughout the purchase and installation. The installation was scheduled at my convenience and was completed without issues. It’s amazing what new carpet and paint can do to improve a 33 year old home! My parents used to shop at Bell’s and I am happy to continue the family tradition.
Angie was great, helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to quickly work to get carpet installed in my new house before I moved in.
Angie did a great job helping us throughout the process in selecting a new carpet for our second floor and LVT for our third floor. She was patient, communicative and even took the time to come out twice to measure to make sure all of her calculations were on point. We love the new look and highly recommend Angie and Bells!
Angie was very professional,accessible, and friendly.I knew what I wanted and she made certain i got it. The installation went perfectly amid the pandemic and I am completely happy with my wall to wall carpet, Angie's service, and Bell's.
