They saved my wife's bearded dragon. Great facility and great vets but it definitely was pricey. Overall though...pretty satisfied that they cared, were skilled and could help us out.

I had an emergency with my dog (Mae) a couple weeks ago and they made time to get us in. They did a great job diagnosing her quickly and were so nice to her and explained things well to me. Mae ended up having to stay there for a couple days to get fluid and antibiotics. I visited her and it was clear they were taking great care of her. She recovered and was able to come home. Brought my Beardie here when she wouldn't poop and the front desk, technician and doctors were so helpful and kind! Technician knew exactly what questions to ask and she and Dr. Krystal Miller were both very knowledgeable of beardies. They took xrays, made a diagnosis and sent me home with hand typed directions for treatment and even showed me the proper way to administer medication. Loved coming here and and so happy I put the well-being of my beardie in their hands. 10/10 would recommend!

Excellent !!!! This was our first visit since moving back to Belton, MO and I am very particular about the vet that I use for our dog. We had the same vet in our old state for 22 years. We went in today for all her shots and some blood work and everyone was absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff and vet techs were so courteous and made us feel so welcome. They really know their stuff here and are exceptional with exotic pets. I trust in their expertise and they truly care about all animals and spend the necessary time with you and your pet. They add an extra touch to their services by sending birthday emails for our pets and sympathy card(s) in times of loss. They are top notch!!!!

I absolutely love Dr. Myers here! Very helpful in solving the problem and giving me alternative options. My golden retriever has skin allergies, and I'm not so keen on steroids or any lifelong medications. But she was willing to work with other options like naturally boosting his immune system. I believe she's also certified in acupuncture.

My 8 month old kitten had a bad scrape on her neck from playing with her brother. It wouldn't heal on its own so I called the Belton Animal Clinic & Exotic Care Center for the first time to make an appointment and they were able to see me the same day. The facilities waiting room was very spacious and inviting. The assistants were extremely friendly too. They even sprayed cat pheromones on a towel and placed it on my cat cage as to make my kitten more comfortable. They explained what they were doing with the cat pheromones ... read more

I brought my hedgehog in and the experience was wonderful! I felt very safe and supported:) It is a very nice facility and my total time there was 40 minutes, including getting a prescription. I live in Independence where no vet sees hedgies and the drive was totally worth it!

The vet and staff were excellent, they seemed very knowledgeable on our cock-a-too, the only thing bad was we checked the price for our visit ahead of time. We told them we were on a budget and after we were done the price was about doubled. I understand that these vets are specialized in there field. We will just have to make sure that we have more then enough money when we go back. But like I said the service was excellent.
