BEWARE!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR RABBIT HERE! THIS REVIEW IS LONG, BUT WILL PROBABLY SAVE YOUR RABBIT'S LIFE. My rabbit VERY LIKELY would have DIED if I had taken the advice of Dr. Bradley Bays and Dr. Anderson. If I could leave negative stars I would and that says a lot since I have NEVER left a negative review until now! I brought my bearded dragon into this vet with a bad looking spot on his belly & it cost me 61 dollars to look at it and tell me that they know nothing. Awful experience. Also have brought my chinchilla in with a messed up leg and they knew nothing. I'm pretty sure I know more about bearded dragons then she did. Very upset and disappointed with this place.. don't say you help with exotics if you know nothing about them. DONT GO HERE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH.

In speaking with our team and reviewing Melman's medical records, it appears that our doctors did offer several possibilities as to what may have caused the spot on Melman's belly and decreased appetite. Just like in human medicine, though, diagnostic testing is necessary to reach a definitive answer. Very over priced! At one time this place was great 20 years ago but now all they care about is money.
I had taken my dog here for years. They are expensive but I always thought it was worth it...until my dog got sick. My dog was yelping in pain and they did say that they would see him... But since I was there a half hour before They closed, they had to charge me the urgent care price... Really? It was normal time...and they did nothing but exam..no tests etc,, said he was fine .. Next day, my dog almost died..bloody stool it was so scary.. Took him to another vet and he had to stay overnight with IVs in his leg.. We almost... read more
