Dr Bradley-Bays is an incredible veterinarian. Not only is she great with dogs and cats but she is also a world class small animal vet. We recently moved here and vets in Tucson and Phoenix both referred us here for our guinea pigs. She has saved their lives many times over. She is a magician with surgery. Would not go anywhere else. PS The staff is great and the other docs have been wonderful also.
Wonderful and compassionate staff. They stayed past their posted hours to care for my dying dog. Dr. Smith was knowledgeable and had the technology available to help us make the best decision. I will be switching from my vet of 10 years to come here.
We had a 20 year old cat with advanced renal failure (which is not curable). He stopped eating and was becoming listless. He received fluids for awhile, though I noticed that the clinic advertised acupuncture, so I asked about it. Dr Bradley Bay explained what it could and could not do for our cat, as well as possible risks. We proceeded and noticed marked improvement after the first treatment. Great staff and Doctors. We had a scare with with our family dog. A broken and bleeding toe. Wow!! good thing they were there. I was in a rush and just ran him up there. Even though they were not open they took us in and kept him the day.
I can't even believe I'm giving one STAR! This is only because the veterinarian was nice and provided me with information . BUT was misled on the price and what they were able to provide. I understand there's an issue with the bird flu right now but then I should've been told that!! Their excuses they just started that protocol this week and the front desk staff were not aware. I took my dog here for a few years and recently switched because they are SOOOO over priced it's ridiculous! They were going to charge nearly $1200 to clean my dogs teeth. Her new Waldo vet charges $325 because it's not actually necessary to put the dog to sleep. And the extra crap they tack on and don't tell you about mad me fuming mad.

This place is absolutely horrible the receptionist is rude obnoxious uncaring and just plain mean my dog was having issues with her leg she needed to be immediately and the reception is pretty much told me to go screw myself do not go HERE

Super over priced and they are always tacking on extra shit to the bill I didn't approve. They have given me a open invoice so I had to jump Through multiple hoops with my insurance to get it corrected. They also only have short phone calls for you to tell them what's wrong or what needs to be done. I understand not wanting a ton of people in the lobby due to covid but this seems like an excuse to get away with doing a ton of extra stuff that's not needed because you aren't seeing what's going on every step of the way. The Belton animal clinic is a wonderful location to bring your special companions if you are ready to no longer have a pet. Yes it is exactly the way that it sounds. We brought our 6 month old Leopard Snow Gecko here when she wasn't eating as much as she had been previously. After an informative trip here we left the office with a large bill of somewhere along $500 (between an X-ray and a few medications) and a follow up appointment the following week.
