My 17 year old cockatiel became ill Christmas evening 2015, and it seemed like he wasn't going to make it. The next morning, a Saturday, I called several veterinary clinics in the area that treated birds, and none were open, except for Belton Animal Clinic. They got my bird an appointment thirty minutes after I called them, and the staff was great. They were very kind and it was obvious that the vet had a lot of knowledge about birds. The vet and staff were excellent, they seemed very knowledgeable on our cock-a-too, the only thing bad was we checked the price for our visit ahead of time. We told them we were on a budget and after we were done the price was about doubled. I understand that these vets are specialized in there field. We will just have to make sure that we have more then enough money when we go back. But like I said the service was excellent.

Dr Bradley-Bays is an incredible veterinarian. Not only is she great with dogs and cats but she is also a world class small animal vet. We recently moved here and vets in Tucson and Phoenix both referred us here for our guinea pigs. She has saved their lives many times over. She is a magician with surgery. Would not go anywhere else. PS The staff is great and the other docs have been wonderful also.

Wonderful and compassionate staff. They stayed past their posted hours to care for my dying dog. Dr. Smith was knowledgeable and had the technology available to help us make the best decision. I will be switching from my vet of 10 years to come here.

We had a 20 year old cat with advanced renal failure (which is not curable). He stopped eating and was becoming listless. He received fluids for awhile, though I noticed that the clinic advertised acupuncture, so I asked about it. Dr Bradley Bay explained what it could and could not do for our cat, as well as possible risks. We proceeded and noticed marked improvement after the first treatment. Great staff and Doctors. We had a scare with with our family dog. A broken and bleeding toe. Wow!! good thing they were there. I was in a rush and just ran him up there. Even though they were not open they took us in and kept him the day.

I can't even believe I'm giving one STAR! This is only because the veterinarian was nice and provided me with information . BUT was misled on the price and what they were able to provide. I understand there's an issue with the bird flu right now but then I should've been told that!! Their excuses they just started that protocol this week and the front desk staff were not aware. That's a poor excuse and even if that is the case. They should have NOT have charged me for more than I was told!!! Especially since they could not d... read more

I took my dog here for a few years and recently switched because they are SOOOO over priced it's ridiculous! They were going to charge nearly $1200 to clean my dogs teeth. Her new Waldo vet charges $325 because it's not actually necessary to put the dog to sleep. And the extra crap they tack on and don't tell you about mad me fuming mad.

This place is absolutely horrible the receptionist is rude obnoxious uncaring and just plain mean my dog was having issues with her leg she needed to be immediately and the reception is pretty much told me to go screw myself do not go HERE
