After a pretty sour experience on my first house I was looking for a different lender. I contacted Ben after a recommendation and could not be happier. Ben and his team were great to work with from day 1 all the way to closing. What separated Ben and his team from the others for me was the well designed process. There are lots of papers and documents that lenders need from you. The personal website for you loan with GR made it extremely easy to track the progress of your loan. Thank you Ben and team!

Cannot say enough about Ben and his staff. Ben and his team are truly amazing!!! They were very accessible and professional all the way! They amazed me when I was asked by a seller if I can close within 2 weeks, yes they did!!! I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs their service.

I am a single parent and this was my first time obtaining a mortgage on my own. Ben and his team were extremely helpful in explaining the process, what documents were needed and explained why. They were always able to be reached and if busy at the moment, called me back within minutes. The speed with which I was able to obtain a mortgage was stellar and everyone I told was amazed. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Ben & team at Guaranteed Rate. This was our first home-buying experience, and Ben made sure to explain all aspects of our mortgage thoroughly. He was always available for a phone call, text conversation, or in-person meeting if questions/concerns ever came up. At the end of the day, our rate was competitive and the service stellar, far beyond what I ever expected. What more can you ask for?
