I would highly recommend Ben and his team! They were so great to work with and answered the many questions we had as first time buyers. Ben and his team made themselves available for many after hours calls to review the best options for our situation - and talk us through each and every one to make sure we knew what we were getting into. They not only explained the pros but also the cons of each option. It was so nice working with someone we could trust and I refer them every chance I get!

Having been down the mortgage road before, I wasn't looking forward to doing it again but Ben made the entire experience easier than all my previous mortgage experiences! He was responsive to my questions, always explained things on terms I could completely understand and helped me choose the loan that was right for me.
