I have done 3 mortgages with Ben and every time it has been the best experience. The Guaranteed Rate website is so easy to use and his team is always on top of every aspect. Ben makes sure everything goes perfectly and with my most recent mortgage was sitting in the airport during his vacation fixing something for me! Ben is a pro who will get it done.
Ben worked diligently to get my loan approved. He took the time and efforts to explain everything in detail. He reviewed all of the documents and eased my fears. I thought it would take a miracle, but all it took was persistence on his part. He never complained and remained professional throughout.
