Ben and his team are top notch and I can't say enough great things about them. This is the second time that we used them and if we ever need to, we will absolutely use them again. Ben was available 24 hours a day and from the beginning gave us his cell phone so that we could text/call. He would answer on weekends and it made the process smoother but also the stress levels were much lower from other times we had used a lender. There is a reason he is recommended by so many realtors, because he really is the best!!
