Simple and Easy It was easy, we had them do a whole year of books at once. It took a little longer then originally quoted but they did a solid job and had good contact. No complaints at all. Pros I like that they do everything, its easy. You send them the info and they get it all ready. The team is friendly and provides good support. Cons A couple features that would be nice include being able to send ACH payments from the software. Also they live look at your accounts is seperate from the book-keeping, small non-issue.
Glad I found Bench Pros Affordable and efficient. I had a VA helping with my books beforehand, and it was costing me 3X what I pay Bench. For 1/3 of the price, I have a very efficient bookkeeping program. Cons I'd like to have the ability to take photos of my receipts to store in Bench.

The software is efficient and allows us to access our financial information as needed. The reports have provided us with actionable insights. Cons Sometimes it can take longer than expected for the previous month to be updated. Manually checks for errors are necessary before closing out the books for the year.
Easy Peasy Pros I like the fact that it was easy to set up and intuitive. As a solo practitioner things get overwhelming fast! So, ease of use and operation is imperative. Bench is easy to use and maintain. Makes my life a little simpler and I appreciate that. Cons You can schedule a call anytime. It would be nice to have a "check up" without needing to call.
So helpful for my business! Pros Using Bench for book keeping has been so easy! My work is minimal, they give me a full review each month, my accountant can have access and it has helped me track revenue and business goals seamlessly! Cons I wish their bar charts were printable or downloadable. I use these often and it would be helpful to have more direct access or to use them in business plans and meetings.

Makes my life easier I am a new small business owner, and trying to navigate bookkeeping on top of everything else was a real challenge. My CPA recommended Bench to me, and I am really happy with it. Pros Easy to use. Easy to read reports. Easy to communicate with my bookkeeper. Cons I received a new bookkeeper only after a few months of my first bookkeeper.
