Reliable and affordable Very positive. I renew every year. Saves me a ton of time. Pros I run a small business and dont have the or energy run my books, let alone even know how to do it. Bench.co offers a service that is both reliable and affordable. They are also very timely with reminders, reports and other points of contact. Cons Ive had a few snags with customer service but anytime something has gone of course, they apologized worked diligently to fix it. Is that what really matters?
Worth it Pros Categorizes all my transactions with no input for me. If I measure the time spent based on my hourly rate, this saves me money. Cons Reporting is not fantastic, and a lot of transactions are requested to be categorized when the category seems obvious to me.
Easy to use, friendly customer service and points of contact, would recommend to any business! Pros Very easy setup, fast and easy integration with existing apps like paypal, stripe, online banking. Easy to check your earnings with profit/loss, and fast categorization of your expenses. Exceptional Product and Service Invoicing. Tracking finances. Giving information to my accountants. Bench is responsive and easy. Pros This product is easy to use and really helps me to stay organized. I was a Quickbooks user before Bench, and this software is far easier and more intuitive. I spend less time tracking and organizing finances and if I do have an issue the customer service team is always helpful and responsive. A solo entrepreneur's dream Pros I love that have a dedicated team focused on my account, so they understand and anticipate the type of transactions that come through my account without needing to get me involved each time. Also the tools are very clean and easy to use/understand and communication is super easy through the app. Having bench take over my book keeping has seriously taken such a weight off of my shoulders. Best accounting for the solopreneur My overall experience has been nothing short but awesome! The staff, from the sales call to onboarding, to customer feedback, to my bookkeeper, all have been amazing! Their software is easy to navigate and the accounting is done well. Pros I love the ease of use of their platform and the dashboard is awesome! Cons The only thing that can seem difficult is navigating to where you edit transactions, but once you do it a few times, it is super easy to navigate.

It's like having a personal bookkeeper at a much lower cost. We save a considerable amount of money over brick-and-mortar services and save a huge amount of time by not trying to do this ourselves with Quick Books or similar software. Pros Value. They provide services like a personal bookkeeping company. Very helpful and quick response. Cons Nothing comes to mind. We've been very happy with it.
