Bookkeeping made easy When there was an issue with my books, i was able to get a supervisor to help iron out all the kinks (the issue was with my payroll system and tax liabilities, not bench) i was happy to have that service available Pros I like the reports i can generate on my phone. Seamless and easy! I love Bench, and I'm really happy that I invested in it. It makes my life so much easier. Pros I love that there is one real, dedicated person on my account who understands my business and can tailor the software to my needs. Love bench! Overall, I love using bench. It lets me not have to worry about bookkeeping at all. Pros Bench is extremely user-friendly. Customer service is great. It takes care of the bookkeeping so I don't have to worry about it. Cons Some of the reports are a bit lacking. It's not possible to look at all expenses for a particular vendor for example. I also wish there was an android app.
Bench - A Great Partner We use Bench every month, tracking our income and expenses, and helping us have a solid handle on finances as well as speed things up come tax time. It's been great. Pros We've been very happy with Bench, which is easy to use and offers good information for us to use in the real world. Cons Other than the occasional issue dropping files into the program, we don't really have any complaints.
Fantastic product, needs app Great support, nice ui, love it. Pros Everything is great I just want an app to send push notifications. Cons I would like more views on how our money is used and such. I hate needing to use mint.com in addition to your product when I feel there is so much overlap
Bench Makes Accounting Easy! With Bench, I no longer have to worry about doing the accounting for my small business. I let them handle all the details, check in via phone a few times a year, and then hand off all the information to my tax guy. It's quick, easy, and affordable! Pros I like the ease of use, the clean interface, the reporting, the customer supper, the look and feel. Cons The turnaround on monthly accounting is sometimes 2-3 months out.
Can't imagine running The Key without it Pros I LOVE being able to set and forget all the regulated/complex elements of our backend office. Not only do things run smoothly, but the Bench team is always available to confirm that all is as it should be whenever we get concerned. So far so good and great customer support! Pros I'm a new user and so far the experience with Bench has been great. The on-boarding process was somewhat time intensive but totally worth it. I would definitely recommend Bench for small to medium sized growing businesses that do not have an internal bookkeeping team. Cons I run multiple e-commerce storefronts and wish there was a way to better track inventory than having to manually upload updates at the end of each month.
