i got communications from no less than five different people, all claiming to be vitally important for me to communicate with, and none of whome seemed to know how thier process actually worked. On top of that I continue to get spammed with calls, texts, emails, and mail from Mutual of Omaha claiming to need to discuss vital information about my mortgage, all of which are just scam warranty nonsense. It was the most disorganized loan process I have EVER experienced.

I feel that I have made this prettjy clear. But, there are things that still remain to be done. BLUF. The objective of this effort was not met from my perspective. The funds for a garage are short by 50-100k and the budget target has been blown out of the water. The objective was simple. Stay within my budget & build a garage. At the present moment neither was accomplished. But, there are actions that remain although, to be honest I have little faith the follow through will be there as I have already signed paperwork.

I was asked multiple times to submit the same documents by different staff people; it seemed folks were not communicating with one another! I received the same message multiple times from different folks - again creating the same impression. I received a big talk up about a customer support person who would be with me throughout the process; he dropped off suddenly with no explanation. I didn't need this person, but it created a feeling of not being able to trust the message.

Ben was amazing to work with at first. My husband and I found him to be informative, engaged, excited to help us, and highly responsive. This made the start of our professional relationship solid. Ben was great however Ashley continually requested more documents.Every time she requested something we would comply immediately only for her to come days or a week later requesting something else. This happened at least 6 times making the process annoying. I don't know if that was her fault or someone else's.
