To be honest about the process and timeframe. Not to pass the mistakes of the title company on to the customer. Give clear statements as to how debt would be paid off. What was told that debts would be paid off electronically and instead paper checks were left at front unattended without warning. I was told that I would have 2 months off from mortgage payments, but to keep making payments until the loan closed. I was supposed to have June & July off from payments, but at the beginning of June, we were no where near closing so I made the payment. The loan wasn't adjusted so now I only get 1 month. I paid for an appraisal that your company set up, he appraised the house for the same amount that it was 3 years ago, I have made many improvements, including a new $12K HVAC unit. It was as very slow process, took 60 days, if it wasn’t for Ben someone else may have got this loan. Need to work on the time in between emails I would download something and it took a couple 3-4 days to get the response “I didn’t receive that” and that happened quite a bit. Most people don’t have 60 days to put the’re financial life on hold. Stressful! But again Ben was a pleasure to work with and kept me from abandoning the loan. Work on your time.
